Times You Should Not Weigh Yourself

For fun, I decided to come up with a list of times I shouldn’t weigh myself:

At the end of the day.
When I haven’t done #1, #2 or the ‘combo’ yet.
The four days around and during ovulation.
At any time on my period.
The day after 25 cent wing night.
After a workout.
When I’m bloated.
The day after I take a psyllium fibre pill.
In any clothes at all.
If I ate a butt-load of carbs the night before.
If I’m depressed.
If I’m happy.
If it’s not my scale.
