Short post today! I’m trying to motivate you as well as myself!
Keep. Taking. Pictures. Sometimes they are honestly the only thing that keeps me going! Pictures will capture things you don’t remember seeing, and will show you more change than the scale.
If I didn’t take progress pictures, I would have fallen off the wagon long ago. But here I am 4 months later, 16 pounds down into healthy eating, finishing a second round of Insanity, and weight lifting. So keep going 🙂
This is slow, but when you look back at 4 months, it was worth it.
