Here they are, my Day 1 Fit Test numbers of my round 2 start at this program!
I think I did better than I actually thought I was going to…and burned 250 calories in doing so. Keep in mind although some of you may think these numbers are low for a second round, I was in no shape at all at the start of the first round.
I never did the Fit Tests because the low numbers would discourage me compared to others so I didn’t bother with them and instead focused on just finishing each and everyday with my best effort.
But if you want something of a comparison to know what kind of progress I made….I think switch kicks on the first day I tried it was like 3, and I was tapping out. So the fact that I can do 40 of those biatches is pretty ok to me 🙂
Plyometrics tomorrow!!!!!! Next Fit Test is in 2 weeks 🙂
