I made this delicious concoction this morning as my pre-workout snack. I did not google this recipe…I just simply experimented and it turned out amazing.
1 packet of Quaker Quick Oats instant
1 tsp of quality dark cocoa
1/4 cup of sliced strawberries
1 tsp of honey drizzled
Instructions: pour packet of oatmeal into bowl and add cocoa to dry mix. Add the hot water, just enough to make it thick and mix well. Mix together, add sliced strawberries on top, and drizzle some organic honey on strawberries. Approximately 170 calories. YUM.
